Prior to founding Easterly, Mr. Crate served as the Chief Financial Officer of Affiliated Managers Group, Inc., a publicly traded asset management holding company which grew through acquisition. Mr. Crate currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, a global organization supporting general aviation; as a Trustee of Bates College; and as a member of the Board of Governors of the Westminster Kennel Club.

Mr. Crate earned his B.A. from Bates College and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Previously, Mr. Collins was a Principal at Blackstone, where he was part of a multi-asset sales team responsible for marketing its real estate, private equity, private debt, and hedge fund strategies. Mr. Collins also worked for Eaton Vance and began his investment career with Lord, Abbett & Co.

    Mr. Lowry is a Senior Vice President at Easterly, responsible for Client Portfolio Management.

    Mr. Lowry has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to Easterly, Mr. Lowry served as Managing Director for John Hancock Investment Management in the Southeast, responsible for the institutional and retail distribution for John Hancock ETFs. Previously, he worked for BlackRock iShares, UBS and Merrill Lynch in various sales leadership positions throughout the U.S.

    Mr. Lowry graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA).

Mr. McCool was responsible for client relations and business development for Neuberger Berman’s Private Equity, Mutual Fund and Separately Managed Account franchises. Mr. McCool has also worked at Altegris Investments and Eaton Vance, and began his investment career at Fidelity Investments.

    Mr. McCool graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.

    Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Rodzen was a Director, National Account Manager at Affiliated Managers Group Funds. Mr. Rodzen was responsible for representing AMG’s offering of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative products at the home offices of various firms within the independent broker/dealer, RIA/custodian, bank, and defined contribution channel(s). Previously, Mr. Rodzen spent a decade at Fidelity Investments, where he held field sales and internal sales positions.

    Mr. Rodzen earned a B.A. in Economics from Rhode Island College. He also holds the AIF and CIMA certification(s), and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.

    Mr. Searle received his B.A. in Sociology and Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Previously, Ms. Sebold was at New York Life/Mainstay Investments, J.P. Morgan Asset Management and began her investment career with AllianceBernstein.

    Ms. Sebold earned her B.A. from Loyola University and her M.B.A. from Dowling College. She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute.
