Mr. Bassinger earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a M.S. in Manufacturing & Technology from the University of Rhode Island.

Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Blaney served as an associate at Lineage Capital, a private equity firm specializing in buyouts of owner-managed and family-controlled businesses. Mr. Blaney has also worked at M.M. Dillon & Co., a boutique investment bank, and as a credit analyst at Bank of America.
Mr. Blaney earned a B.S. in Business, magna cum laude, from Boston College and an M.B.A., with honors, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Colandrea is the General Counsel of Easterly, responsible for managing all legal and compliance related matters.
Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Colandrea was the Deputy General Counsel at Prospect Administration LLC, responsible for investment adviser and corporate matters for Prospect Capital Management L.P. Prior to Prospect Administration, Mr. Colandrea was a Senior Vice President and member of the Convertible Bond and Structured Investments groups at Highbridge Capital Management LLC.
Mr. Colandrea received a B.S. in Finance and Chemistry from Boston College and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law.
Mr. Collins is a Managing Director and the Head of Business Development at Easterly.
Prior to Easterly, Mr. Collins served as the Head of Distribution for Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment company. Mr. Collins was responsible for all sales and marketing activity and sat on the KW Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Collins was a Principal at Blackstone, where he was part of a multi-asset sales team responsible for marketing its real estate, private equity, private debt, and hedge fund strategies. Mr. Collins also worked for Eaton Vance and began his investment career with Lord, Abbett & Co.
Mr. Collins earned his B.A. and Master’s in Engineering from the University of Buffalo and his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Markson is the Chief Administrative Officer at Easterly, responsible for firm operations and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Markson was a Vice President at BlueTown, a Danish social enterprise providing rural internet connectivity to the developing world.
Previously, Mr. Markson was a Senior Relationship Manager at Hall Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based independent investment advisor. Mr. Markson began his career at Symphony Asset Management.
Mr. Markson earned his B.A. from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs.
Ms. Mullen is an Associate at Easterly, responsible for supporting firm operations and project management of key firm endeavors.
Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Mullen was the Director of Strategic Planning, at Medeventus, Inc., where she led daily operations and provided guidance on the strategic direction of the company.
Ms. Mullen received a B.A. in English and Italian from Boston College.
Mr. Searle is an Associate at Easterly, responsible for information technology integration and implementation for all Easterly team members and office locations.
Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Searle was the Solutions Engineer at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where he was responsible for management and oversight of all computer systems support.
Mr. Searle received his B.A. in Sociology and Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Ms. Szottfried is an Associate at Easterly, responsible for the firm’s finance and accounting functions.
Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Szottfried was Accounting Manager at Techkon USA, an innovation leader in color management solutions.
Ms. Szottfried earned her B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
Mr. Teixeira is a Vice President at Easterly, responsible for sourcing, researching, and underwriting affiliate partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Teixeira was an Assistant Vice President on the private markets team at Meketa Investment Group, where he led the firm’s secondary and fund of funds practice.
Mr. Teixeira earned his B.A. in Mathematics & Statistics and Economics from Williams College. He is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder, and is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Boston, Inc., and the CAIA Boston chapter.
Mr. Wallace is a Managing Director at Easterly, responsible for the firm’s equity capital markets practice.
Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Wallace was the Head of Equity Syndicate at CAIS Group. Mr. Wallace previously held leadership positions in equity capital markets at UBS and Sterne Agee CRT. He started his capital markets career at Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Wallace earned his B.S. from the London School of Economics.
